Unlike most articles that simply bemoan the increased offshoring of IT
projects, this is written to the developer and offers ways to avoid being
marginalized (nutshell: be a superstar, get involved in the cutting-edge
projects, become more entrenched in your company's business knowledge).

I don't mean to kick up a discussion on this (isn't there a separate group
for that?), but I figured the article was politicially neutral enough and
would warrant attention to all the developers on the list, whether
employed or otherwise.
