It's two-way, I wasn't interested when it was one-way. 
 Here they sell different levels, download speeds 
0.5Mbit/sec, 1.0Mbit/sec and 1.5Mbit/sec for $30/40/50/mo. 
 Upload is something like 256kbits/sec. Downloads and 
HTTP: traffic can reach those speeds but news: is 
throttled at 15k per connection with a limit of two at the 
server.  License agreement says you can't run a server, 
it's not blocked as far as I can tell on my segment.
