IANAL, but I believe that you need not reveal anything beyond the usual degrees
and employment - you don't need to mention every job you had, or any degrees.
However, lots of companies state that lying on job application paperwork is
grounds for termination, so it's probably better to keep it verbal, or refuse to
answer.
