[ale] qpage and nagios

	I don't know about nagios network system. but the err sounds like 
your qpage server is not up, or refuse to accept qpage client's connection 
request.

To verify whether you have qpage server running, on qpage server box, 
	netstat -tln | grep 444
On mine, it shows:
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:444             0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
