[ale] Still Wachovia Problems w/ Mozilla?

Mike,

I've been using Wachovia online account stuff for over a year now with
various versions of Mozilla/Galeon with no problems. I don't use their
billpay features, so I can't comment about that. The only "crunchy spot"
a while back was their logout button didn't work. It was not an issue
and it works now.

I have plenty of other reasons for not being happy with Wachovia. The
merger with Worst Onion just made the largest collection of "customer
service for people who deposit $100k/mo" the norm for our area. I've had
"accounting irregularities" with Wachovia mortgage. I've made payments
at 9am on the payment due date that were not credited to my mortgage
account until the following day along with a $60 late fee. Their excuse
was it has to go through a separate group to be credited for mortgage
payments. I then get the "call the mortgage people in N.C." who tell me
to talk to my local branch people who tell me to call N.C. ad infinitem,
ad nauseum.

At least their web access works.
