It's worked for me for the last 2 years.  I haven't tried it recently,
but I haven't heard of a problem with it.  But I will admit that There
are a lot of sites that Gecko renders nicer than Khtml.  Strangely
enough, Konqueror sometimes prints thos sites better than Mozilla.
