I don't think windows boxes handle this. You then need to set bios time
to your current time and tell Linux it's not UTC.
I've forgotten now what dist your running. Under RH there's
/usr/sbin/timeconfig which will present you with a gui to set your
timezone and turn off utc setting.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
