[ale] OT: WiFi hits local Starbucks

The Register published an article about Starbucks coming into conflict with a
group in Oregon that provides free WiFi access. The group, called Personal
Telco, started to complain that Starbucks was charging to use the channel
they were already providing for free. Starbusks hasn't been very helpful

As always, The Register's account is filled with their own personal angles,
but that's what I love about them.
