[ale] Best Desktop Env or Distro for Windows users?

Example: UPS provides shipping software, which most businesses use.
Several employees need to access that software.
It won't run on Linux, UPS shows no interest in producing a Linux version.
Wine or Win4Lin don't help.

What's your solution?
