[ale] Re: upgrade RH7.2 to RH7.3

I think that iptables is included in RedHat 7.2. I got a special command from 
this message board that changes my system from ipchains to iptables in only 2 
or 3 commands. I can dig it up (currently working on undeleting that 
particular data - but I do have a back up).

I personally would not recommend "upgrading" to 7.3. Ironically, I am typing 
you on a 7.3 install - however this is just my test install.  Seems like 
there were just enough changes in 7.3 to make it less user-friendly, and I 
got so frustrated by not being able to get things to work - that I lost a 
keyboard to it. 7.3 caused the keyboard to be gently disconnected from the 
computer and connect to the floor hard enough to break most of the keys into 
several pieces. I have a feeling that undeleting from an ext3 format will 
cause the same error. Do your updates on 7.2 and you will _see_ the 
performance run neck and neck - Hopefully, I saved you some install time.
