Striking is not a character flaw - greed and extortion are. 

Persons who have to work 10 hours in a dark underground 
tunnel have both a right and a moral obligation to strike.

Poor, starving big-league players who can't afford that forth mansion with 
the matching Ferrari have the right to demand that their 'fans' pay 
for those toys?  It may be 'legal', but is sure ain't 'right'.
