[ale] RedHat sabotages KDE...again!

I have found one other reason it is a mistake to get rpm's for KDE from
RedHat. RedHat's rpm for kdelibs doesn't include the plugins needed to make
KDE work with CUPS. KDE's kprinter function together with CUPS is one of the
nicest printer interfaces I have seen in Linux. So, RedHat, in its wisdom,
removes the parts that make it work. I learned earlier that if you get the
kdebase rpm from RedHat, it doesn't include kmenuedit, which allows you to
edit your pop-up menu. Somebody had to make a conscious decision to remove
this stuff. I'm starting to hate RedHat!
