Agree 100%. I've been working virtual office for AT&T for about 5 years
now. Started with the HR organization, then moved to AT&T Labs. My
current manager is so good at this. He's got two of us 'out of state,'
one in FL and me. Various team members who have offices in his complex
routinely telecommute. Flex schedules are highly leveraged. It's a
huge advantage and stress reliever. If I get stuck, I go for
aforementioned walk. It's huge. The time I save in commute I happily
put in at the computer. Not always, but the bottom line is, it's a
win-win for both. I'm more productive and my schedule is mine.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
