It's Dutch. - Search for the suse user group in the Netherlands and they'll
be able help you out in the translation if you need it. Even if a page is
in dutch, go to the contact section and email the recipient listed and 9
times out of 10 they will be more than willing to help an American out with
a linux (dutch encoded) issue.
