[ale] win to lin email

i was using outlook i believe it was under windows, is there a way i can get my email from outlook to sylpheed? i just know windoze is gonna loose that data some day soon lol :) and i want to back up my emails as i keep them archived for some odd reason. so can it be done? any suggestions?
