[ale] 404 error on www.ale.org/cgi-bin/htsearch

Got the following error when I went to http://www.ale.org/archive/ale/
and tried to use the search function there:

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/htsearch was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
