This is what we do at work - we have a custom call program that calls
"cu", and connects to the remote system. Then we use "rz" and "sz" to
send or receive.

I'll have to send you our command syntax from work tomorrow, since I
don't do it enough to have it memorized. These will be the commands we
use on SCO OpenServer, but I'm guessing they should work similarly on
Linux.
