        One thing to keep in mind is that you can use Dreamweaver or
NetObjects Fusion or other Wintendo products to create a basic layout,
then use whatever other editor you like to maintain it.  

        If you use some sort of templating mechanism (HTML::Mason,
Template Toolkit, or even mod_include and SSIs *shudder*) you only
have to touch the nasty wysiwyg HTML once or twice to insert whatever
magic tokens will pull in your real content.
