[ale] what ever happened to ntpd

In older versions of Linux I used to use ntpdate and xntpd to set my 
clock. However, with the more recent versions (RH7.1 and Mandrake 8.1) I 
can't find those commands anymore. I looked on all the disks for the 
RPMS but couldn't find either one. What does the newer versions use for 
setting the clock using the ntp (network time protocol) these days?
