[ale] Debian X : Font problem

Hi,

I know something similar happened to me..but I can not
remember the solution offhand.. If you have irc, check 
on #debian in irc.openprojects.net.. 

It is a font problem with the latest X build..
OTOH, look at /usr/share/doc/xfree86-common and look at
Readme.fonts.gz :)
