Are you calling Media None and getting re-imbursed..... I had some
problems at the beginning of the year with Charter and demanded to be
re-imbursed for the week I was down. Believe it or not in my next bill the
credit was there. Although I didn't have service, I didn't pay for it...

Well, it's 10AM and MediaOne/AT&T-Broadband is still a no-show for
today. This makes 6 times they have failed to show up for a scheduled
visit.
