[ale] Iptables for port forwarding?

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out how to use IPtables to
forward traffic from an old server to a new one while the
DNS caches catch up. But All I seem to be doing is dropping
the incoming connections. Here's the line I was trying for
web traffic. I don't get an error when I issue the command,
but subsequent web requests go into a black hole.

iptables -D -t nat -p tcp -d 216.22.214.138 --dport 80 -j
DNAT --to 208.32.175.148:80

Ideas? Suggestions?
