[ale] backup suggestions

howdy.

i need to backup between 5G and 15G of data.  i need to do it cheaply.
i need to do it easily, with the possibility of a smooth restore.  and
i don't have scsi or USB.  any suggestions on solutions you've used
and been happy with?
