[ale] Streaming Audio/Internet Radio on Linux

Does anyone know whether streaming audio/Internet Radio is feasible on a
Linux machine? Most of what I have seen requires RealPlayer and/or Windows
Media Player and/or WinAmp.

Are there any resources for this? Can you play any stream?

I am running Red Hat 7 and have XMMS on the machine with the sound card
connected to a hi-fi receiver and speakers. Works great for playing MP3s,
but with Napster now in question I thought streaming would be the way to go
next.

Thanks.
