[ale] Routing Problem on the Weekends

I had a very weird routing problem last weekend.  It fixed by itself on
Sunday night.
But I just wonder if anybody on this list has an insight.  I had problems
connecting
to my servers from Adelphia's cable modem connection, 24.51.213.218.  I
could not
connect to 216.4.181.20, and traceroute showed a route looping somewhere in
Sprintlink.net. I had not problem connecting to 216.4.181.21, which is only
ONE
ip away.  To add to insult, I can always connect to 216.4.181.36, which is
an IP
alias of 216.4.181.20.

It was driving me nuts!
