[ale] "Almost Networked" URL sought

I had found a web site with a lot of general information about networking,
DSL, and security - links to port scanners, product reviews, etc. IIRC,
the phrase 'Almost Networked' figured in the site name or description, but
I can't turn it up again, and my searches come up dry. Anyone know where
this might have been?
