Ok I have the typical linux router in my home splitting my spiffy telocity
connection (some times spifier than others. The modem seems to lose sync
once a day). The problem is that even though my wife is using icq just fine,
I cant even so much as ping icq.mirabilis.com from home. Now being a
reasonable person (in perhaps my own unresonable mind) I would first assume
the problem was with my computer. However my the computer is a laptop, and I
have used icq succesfully on other networks. So this has got me. I thought
maybe there was a port conflict, but since I cant view their web site or
ping them, I feel it is probably something different.
