Try the D-Link DFE-670TXD. Offers 10/100 Mbps, uses the highly regarded
DEC Tulip chip and uses the tulip_cb.o driver (either module or compiled in).
I think I paid about $35 for it.
NOTE: I have not yet successfully ported the driver to my ancient 2.0 kernel
so I've not tried it but with a 2.2 or later kernel it certainly will work
and work well.
As someone else noted, the 589 will work fine at 10 Mbps; I've used one for
4.5 years but go with the DFE-670TXD. Btw, it does not need a dongle.
