Note that the RBL has gone subscription-based. Individuals and
hobbyists can get free access, but you still have to sign a contract.
Also, I think that their access mechanism is IP-address-based, so most
likely those of us who have dynamic addresses are out of luck. When
they went subscription-based, I just switched over to the Osirusoft and
rfc-ignorant lists for my home network.
