Named a cluster of diskless sparcstations after dead musicians: joplin,
hendrix, etc. The server was named lennon. Its interesting to note that
the original name for that cluster was after Playboy Playmates but some
kind person pickedup on that and we had to change it to the other theme.

Named a cluster of sparstations after the capital cities of the various
states: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Edmonton...

Also named internal serves after the planets in the Foundation trilogy
by Asimove. Trantor, Terminus, Helicon, Askone, etc. That one is by far
my favorite. Made the central fileserver for the dept Trantor and made
the central machine for email and all other services Terminus :)

At my current place of employment, my current theme is synonyms for
being tricked: bamboozle, flimflam, hoodwink, hornswoggle, etc

At home the machines are named after role playing characters that are
named after various characters I have used in roleplaying events so they
have no real significance to the outside world.

the nodes in my cluster are named boring names for ease of use. But the
router to it is named heimdall :)
