[ale] Epson Printers and USB

I did get it to work by sending a command stating that rawtextis coming.
Win98 will print just fine. I'm getting an Access Denied in Win2k. I
believe somthing might have changed in the protocol for W2K.

It won't take raw text. Try dumping through enscript.
