dig -x 206.72.132.166

(This gives you a LOT of data.)

On my RH7.1 system, "nslookup 206.72.132.166" works too:

Server: snoopy.tblc.org
Address: 206.72.132.7

Name: sunline.tblc.org
Address: 206.72.132.166

The answer is sunline.tblc.org.

(And, yes, you can telnet in -- by design. It's one of those proprietary
library systems with a telnet frontend, and no ADA-accessible Web frontend
just yet.)
