[ale] Web Based DNS Admin

I looked at webmin (www.webmin.com/webmin) once and it seems to be a
reasonable thing for web based admin of linux systems. It has standard
modules for bind 8 and bind 4.

Depending on how complicated your setup is, Linuxconf works reasonably
well for what it is. You probably have it installed already.
