[ale] Samba takes over once again

If you want to ensure that the samba box won't put a poor NT admin
(oxymoron, I know) out of work, set OS level below 10. This will put it on
par with a win95 box. Anything above 20 starts to look like too much
testosterone for M$ and it starts to whine.  :)
