	Yep!  Turn off write permission on the directory.  Of course, they
can't add files either.

	You may look into the ext2 'chattr' command for the 'a' attribute
(append only).  The man page doesn't mention directories, but intuitively,
setting the 'a' attribute on a directory would allow file additions.  I've
not tried this, however.
