[ale] OT: DSL with Telocity

Just to add a data point, my Telocity DSL almost never goes down and can
pull down a sustained 1300Kb/s over above-ground and scraggly-looking phone
lines. I would think that above-ground wires would cause performance
problems, but so far, that really hasn't been the case.
