[ale] Apache driving me nuts

I had to change the owner to root(html directory and files in the directory)
in order to get it to work.  Do you have a rule in your firewall blocking
access to port 80?  Just some thought to throw around.

Try:
	From any host, incl. killer: lynx http://killer/
Get:
	403 Forbidden
Tried:
	ensuring /home/httpd/html/* are chmod'ed to ugo+r
	messing with Linuxconf
	messing with /etc/httpd/conf/*

Why?
