[ale] Bellsouth DSL Install

Greetings ALE'rs,

This subject has been approached numerous times so I apologize for the 
redundancy although this portion is a bit different.

Bellsouth claims that the area I am moving to is wired and ready for DSL 
and they have slotted me for install on the 16th. Contrary rumor is I have 
3 months to wait no matter what they say.

My question:

Does any one in this group have DSL via Bellsouth in the Buford area, near 
the Mall of GA to be more specific. Or have you been told you have access 
but (insert numerous reasons for delay here) so Bellsouth was unable to 
complete the install.

I can transfer my cablemodem to the new area but would rather have the DSL 
unless they have already proven to be problematic in that area.
