NIIT USA Inc. - Consultants and Senior Consultants (Software Development)

	Will be responsible for design and development of e-commerce-related
applications and products.  Variable locations, variable travel.  

	Senior Consultant Requirements:
*	5-8 years of experience in software development
*	3+ years of experience in OO languages (Java and strong C++) and
should have experienced either scripting languages or EJB- or CORBA-based
products OR 3+ years of experience in Microsoft technology (IIS, Visual
Basic, HTML, VB Script, or JavaScript) and should have experienced either
Microsoft-based e-commerce based products or technology
*	Experience in distributed software applications design and
implementation
*	Experience in developing and implementing e-commerce based
applications

	Consultant Requirements:  Same as above except:
*	3-5 years experience in software development
*	1+ years of experience in OO languages (Java and strong C++) and
should have experienced either scripting languages or EJB- or CORBA-based
products.  OR 1+ years experience in Microsoft technology (IIS, Visual
Basic, HTML, VB Script, or JavaScript) and should have experienced either
Microsoft-based e-commerce based products or technology

	Preferable but Optional:
*	Usage of CGI, DHTML, XML, Perl and graphic-based products like Dream
Weaver
