[ale] rpm dependency confusion

You need to get the libraries from:
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/bzip2/
for a compile-it -ourself
or get bzip2-1.0.0-1.src.rpm
from a Redhat mirror that has Rawhide 1
The Redhat site is slammed (as always)
The srpm will build the bzip2 binary tools and the lib you're looking for.
