[ale] DSL and CABLE simultaneously

Has anyone ever combined DSL and CABLE to get extended bandwidth?  At my new
house we've subscribed to both services, and I'm wondering how/if I could
feed them both into a linux box and combine the bandwidth.  anyone have any
suggestions, or done anything like this?
