[ale] compile error

    I had this problem in RH 5.2  I wound doing a 'find' and found as86.  Then
created a symbolic link to the file in the last directory listed (
/root/bootdisk/kernel-boot/linux/arch/i386/boot ).  I recompiled and it worked.
