I picked up a capture card that has rca input (Captivator PCI) for $20
and a Mustek Video cam that has an rca output for $25, I'm using bttv
drivers and it works like a champ.  I got the Mustek at
http://www.compgeeks.com/.  The Captivator I picked up on Ebay.  Both
were new.  The cam came in a retail box, the card in oem packaging.

I think I saw a similar configuration at http://www.compgeeks.com that
included the Mustek cam and another pci capture card for around $40.
