I just installed ssh-1.2.30 on all my unix systems at work
and put it on my linux box at home. I can ssh between all the unix
machines just fine but I can't ssh from home. I was previously
able to do so with ssh2 so it's no security thing. And the
machines do accept ssh1 connections from each other.
Here is what I get
tamarind 26% ssh suzy -l mtv -v
SSH Version 1.2.30 [i586-unknown-linux], protocol version 1.5.
Standard version. Does not use RSAREF.
tamarind.mindspring.com: Reading configuration data /etc/ssh_config
tamarind.mindspring.com: ssh_connect: getuid 101 geteuid 0 anon 0
tamarind.mindspring.com: Connecting to suzy port 22.
tamarind.mindspring.com: Allocated local port 1022.
and then it just hangs there.........
---------------------------------------------------
Here is a successful attempt:
(between two unix machines, the recipient is the same as above)
