[ale] weird error in apache

Apache is apparently attempting to spawn a shell and passing it invalid
parms.  If you execute:
/bin/sh -q   # -q is not a valid arg to sh
You will see the same message.  Now this is just a start on what the
problem is, but just above the "Usage:  sh..." message you listed, there
should be another line that is part of the error.  This should indicate
to you what it is complaining about.  In my example above (-q), I
receive the following error:
/bin/sh: -q: unrecognized option
Do you see something similar?
