[ale] weird error in apache

Hi, 
	Does anyone know what might cause this error? Never seen anything
like it...

Usage:  sh [GNU long option] [option] ...
        sh [GNU long option] [option] script-file ...
GNU long options:
        --debug
        --dump-strings
        --help
        --login
        --noediting
        --noprofile
        --norc
        --posix
        --rcfile
        --restricted
        --verbose
        --version

it's coming from the apache error log...

The answer is simple if you grant that ironies are like submarines; 
dangerous only when submerged.
