[ale] NFS bug in RH6 ?

It seems that every once in a while the NFS module in the kernel doesn't
want to work.
Reporting: mount: RPC: Port mapper failure - RPC: Unable to receive
The /etc/exports file contains  aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd
/usr/pics/krk1tn(ro,insecure)
and the fstab on the host
aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:/usr/pics/krk1tn  /usr/pics/krk1tn nfs
noexec,nodev,nosuid,ro,nolock,bg,soft 1 1

When ever we try to mount this "drive" we get errors..... is there a
fix?
