[ale] Reverse DNS forwarding?

Ok,
  My new ISP has been gracious enough to allocate me a 16IP subnet.  I have
my own dns servers, etc and they've agreed to forward the reverse for my
/28 subnet if I can find out how.  I've looked and can't find anything on
forwarding just a portion of a class C.  

  Anyone know how or know where I can find docs on it?
