My take is very simple.  I give useful answers (or try to, anyway :) in
the hopes that I will get useful answers when I need them.  It makes life
a lot easier.

Shame on those who hoard the knowledge.  The Open Source Movement is not
about hoarding knowledge, but about spreading it.  If you want to hoard
knowledge, go work for Microshaft.
