Dude, go get the latest Xfree and or RedHat 6.0

(I would suggest the latter of the two.... RH6.0 installs VERY nicely and comes with the latest drivers for multiple cards and the Gnome interface)

Actually now that I think about it, I don't believe Xfree supports the Banshee yet...  You may want to go to Xfree's site and look under supported hardware to see if you card is there. (www.xfree.org)

If your card is not supported by standard Xfree servers, so a search on lycos or something for banshee and Xfree or xserver... I do believe there is a 3rd party server for Xfree.  I remember vaguely seeing the guys web page but do not remember the links I followed to get there.. :)

 I have a 3DFX Banshee graphics card and I cannot get more than 16 =
colors in Xfree86. If anyone knows how I can get a decent color depth =
going in x-windows please let me know! thank you!
